I'm excited to be offering Esalen Massage in Sebastopol!

In September of 2020 I moved to Sebastopol from the East Bay, Berkeley/Emeryville area.  Body work has been extremely profound in my healing journey and I'm excited to work with more folks here in Sonoma County.
Since beginning my practice, I have seen clients on a weekly basis, who  come to me in pain, with a desire to create more range of motion, curiosity to increase awareness of self ("emotional awareness"), to relax and most often to be seen and heard through a different medium. Having an embodiment based education, I do not simply offer a massage. It is my biggest wish to support you in creating wellness for your whole being. I offer tools to put into action between sessions as well as encourage a routine in receiving massage and doing regular movement.

My specialties include:  Support in nervous system regulating, alleviating/decreasing lower back and hip pain, opening the chest to allow upper back to relax, TMJ release, diaphragm/belly/breath work, creating more flow and ease in the neck and helping energy move smoothly throughout the entire body system.
Working with Gender Expansive / Non-binary / Trans folks, folks who Bind, those who are pre/post chest/breast surgery, pre/post natal for all genders.

This is an LGBTQ affirming space and I work with all genders and sexual orientations.

Parking

There is ample street parking as well as the parking lot when spaces are available.
Be sure to check the posted signs when parking on the street.

Physical Access

True Nature wellness is on ground level. There is not an automated door. If you will need help with the front door please write it in when booking your session.  I will greet all clients at the front door lobby area.  The door may be locked if you arrive more then 5 minutes before your session.  

There are no steps once inside.  Door width to come.

Bathrooms

There is a single stall gender-neutral restroom.  Not wheelchair accessible.
