What will we do?
We will spend some time checking in to see where you are at in the moment, figure out what type of support would be most useful, then we will move into embodiment practices (ex. foam rolling, meditations, stretching, self massage, micro/macro movements-dance) and finish with a closing check out.
When you sign up for your appointment you will have an opportunity to share what you'd like to focus on and if there are specific ways you are wanting to be supported by me. You don't have to have it all figured out ahead of time and if there are specific things for me to know, this is helpful for me to prepare.

How to prepare?
•Plan for variability and what is most comfortable for your body needs.
•If possible, plan to be somewhere you have quiet, privacy and a few different body position options.
•Gather a variety of support tools for your session, ex. pillows, a chair, yoga blocks, blankets, towels and props like tennis/racket balls, yoga straps. You do not need all of these, just a variety to work with. I will encourage you to take care of your needs as best as possible, so you can be as comfortable as possible.
